Below is a story by a little girl named Yiping, illustrated by Junxiang. [meiting’s cousins] Came across the piece of paper when i was havin dinner at ting’s house. Yummy salmon seafood pasta by Chef Meiting. HOHOHO.
Once there lived 3 bears in the house. Their porridge was very hot. So they went in to the woods.[to wait for the porridge to cool?] Then the golilock came in to eat the porridge, after she has eaten it she went to the 3 bears room to sleep. The papa bear’s bed was too hard, the mama bear’s bed was too light, the baby bear’s bed was just right [wow it rhymes] so she slept on the bed. When the bears came back they saw there were no more porridge in the baby bear’s bowl. Then the baby bear’s chair was broken. [so sudden one sia] Then they saw the golilock was on the baby bear’s bed. Then they chased the golilock out of the house. The End.
Golilock meh? I thought was Goldilocks. HAHA.

Vanna is mixed Chinese, French, Viet and some other country. Super mixed siah. More mixed than our Super CoffeeMix. =p anyways! she taught us French and as the title says, when H is present, it should be silent.

yup Tariq is heading overseas to the United States of America; the land of freedom; the land of opportunities; to meet his darling girl and also to carve out a career. SO! this post shall be dedicated to him. *cues awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww*
well well, i’ve known tariq since days @ SPT (School of Physical Training) where we were trained to be mean fighing soldiers who would strike fear wherever we went with our white singlets, black shorts and wrist ranks. moving on after graduation from SPT, we were both posted to Maju Camp for the rest of our army lives, helping to train reservists so they can pass their IPPT. numerous afternoons were spent at the canteen together having chicken wings, nasi goreng ikan bilis, pepsi twists and other nasty oily food. haha. no wonder Tariq has achieved his size now… see lah ask you play badminton dun want. joking bro! =p
it was yet fate that brought us together in NUS Life Sciences where we were allocated into the same Orientation Group, Volans. (or did we choose? haha forgot lah) times flew past and 3 years in uni were over. leaving us with fond memories of labs, lectures, coffee sessions, suppers @ Simpang/Fong Seng after Forensics lecture, playing Worms online, mugging (not very frequently) in libraries where in the end we would end up watching Prison Break. hahaha. yeah. this was the LIFE.
in order to keep these memories fresh in mind while he’s at US, kun and i have decided to go for a photoshoot together! hard copies have all been passed to tariq. treasure them man bro! check out the pics below.
